Payment and cancellation policy:

Booking must be paid for in advance within 5 days from the receipt of a confirmation and an invoice. Invoices are calculated in Norwegian Krone. Please send a request specifying payment currency, if you would like to pay in other European currencies or USD (exchange rates for curriencies other than NOK will be indicated in the invoice).

Cancellation is possble not later than 1 month prior to the commencement of the tour. Only guide services and rented cars / buses can be cancelled. 100% of the agreed fee will be charged in case of tour cancellation 29-0 days prior to commencement of a tour. Cruise tickets or package tours ordered in advance cannot be cancelled without a 100% reimbursment.

Guide service:

Minimal costs - 2 hours (transfer and excursion) - 1400 NOK
3 hours - 1950 NOK
Every additional hour - 500 NOK per hour (e.g. 4h tour - 2450 NOК)
1 hour of interpreting (English, Norwegian, Russian) at corporate events - 700 NOK p.h.
Guide's catering costs (from 7h work) - 400 NOK per day if not already included in the group meal.
Fixed price for several-day tours (min. 2 days) - 4200 NOK per day + 400 NOK per day guide's catering if not included in the group catering.
If the assignment is outside Bergen, client needs to cover travel costs. Guide's working hours begin from the moment of his departure from Bergen and finish at his return to Bergen with the earliest transport available.
